What happens after you contact us.
Owners get burned by marketing vendors in predictable ways: vague scopes that grow, tools they end up renting forever, work they can't see or verify. Every rule below closes one of those doors.
The plan comes first, and it's free
Tell us the symptom on the fix page, or start with a 15-minute call. Within one business day you get the plan: what we'd check, what we'd fix, what that excludes, the timing, and the price. If we need more to plan from, we ask first. No invoice exists until you approve it.
Your systems stay yours
Everything is fixed in accounts your business owns, never on ours. No passwords change hands: you create a limited login and delete it when the work is done. Your data, your sending identity, and your billing stay yours.
Nothing reaches a customer without your approval
If a fix touches anything your customers will see or receive, you approve it word for word before it switches on.
Done means proven, then handed over
We don't call it finished because a setting got switched on. You watch the test run. Then you get a walkthrough of what changed and our written notes on what else we saw. Each fix's timing is part of its written plan.
What happens, step by step.
You reach out
One short form on the fix page. Start in writing, or ask for a 15-minute call and the reply includes a private booking link. Either way, a real person answers within one business day.
We check fit, and ask if we need to
If your message isn't enough to plan from, the next thing you get is our questions, not a plan written on guesses. If your setup isn't one we can responsibly take on, you hear that first, with the reason, before any money moves.
The plan arrives
What we'd check, what we'd fix, the access it needs, what it excludes, the timing, and the price confirmed. It separates what we will fix from what we can only diagnose, so the promise is exact. It costs nothing.
You approve, then pay
No invoice exists until you approve the plan. If we can't deliver what it says, the fee is refunded.
Access, the safe way
You create a limited login with only the permissions the work needs. No passwords change hands, and you delete the login the day the work is done.
The fix, with the cause written down
Exactly what the approved plan says, plus the reason it broke: what changed, and what would break it again. If a fix sends anything to your customers, every word is approved by you before it switches on.
Proof, notes, handoff
A live test with you watching, a walkthrough of what changed, and the written notes on what else we saw. The clock starts the day we have access and your approvals.
Prices are printed, and they're the price
Every fix is one flat, one-time fee, printed on its fix page next to exactly what it covers and exactly what it doesn't. No hourly billing, no estimates that grow, no discounts for pressure. Ongoing maintenance after handoff is separate, and whatever your own software charges stays between you and them.
The notes are yours either way
While we're in your systems we keep notes. Every fix ends with a short written list: what's working, what's leaking, what we'd fix next. It's yours to act on with us or with anyone, and whether we're part of what happens next is entirely up to you. If you want the whole picture worked through, that conversation exists, and the notes say what it costs to start. If you go quiet on an open inquiry, we follow up twice, then close the file and say so. Nobody lands on a marketing list.
